My name is Józefa Fawcett and I am a professional development practitioner.
For the last 24 years I have built a portfolio of work in workforce capability across every major economic shift of that period.
I am now positioning that work around the next transition, from the Digital Era to the Quantum Era, specifically focusing on the gap between the pace of technological change and human adaptation.

From Leonardo da Vinci to Grundtvig to Erasmus+ as project manager, as adviser, and now as Head of Global Projects at Northern Crown Learning Circles in Norway, working with partners in Latvia and Austria.
I’ve been in enough transnational rooms to know what actually transfers into practice across cultures and contexts. And what just looks good on paper.
Everything I do is underpinned by three research questions. They’re not decorative. They shape my consulting, my course design, my assessment work and what I choose to write about. If it doesn’t connect back to one of these, I don’t take it on.
