This standalone course for the “Leaders Who Listen” series has 4 sections, each addressing an important aspect for someone learning how to continuously improve – and sustain – team and organisational performance.

We’ll look at how design thinking and ‘Agile’ methodologies can both be used to help shift your mindset so that you can adopt a sustainable solution-focused agenda, in line with the UN’s 17 SDG’s.

The EFQM Excellence Model provides an holistic view of the organisation and it can be used to determine how these different methods fit together and complement each other.  The Model can be used in conjunction with any number of these tools, based on the needs and function of the organisation, as an overarching framework for developing sustainable business excellence.

When it can be excellent.  Using a fictitious case study in a facilitated session learners get an opportunity to work through some major issues that are surfacing in ‘The Company’ as it attempts to drag people through large-scale change. We use learning content from our uniquely designed cartoon series.
